No One Cares?

I Didn't Say.

I didn't say, ''that because these were not enacted exactly 5 days before the filing deadline that they are illegal.''
The Ohio Revised Code said it.

If you violate an O.R.C., you have done something illegal! An O.R.C. is a law. Where do you draw the line? If people can pick and chose which law they want to violate, why have any? Make them up as you go along, depending on what the person involved can do for you.

You asked, ''When should a salary Ordinance be enacted?'' When O.R.C 731.13 stated it should. What benefit is this code, if not obeyed? Maybe it was passed to cover situations as in Valleyview. Sometimes people have friends to do their dirty work. You know the law, a mayor can't vote unless there is a tie.

I am not speaking for anyone but myself, but the people involved can be made to tell the truth in court. I was told why Steve Wassem dropped out. And then told to be careful.

People should watch who they saying are lying, it could be defined as aiding and abetting by the court.
