How could I be the reason Raylene HAD to take the cell phone out of the country. How did I MAKE them use the cell phone for personal use?

I was acting mayor. I have the letter she gave Linda Stoner, telling her not to tell me anything or give me any information while she was gone. She broke the O.R.C. What was she trying to hide?

Former Mayor Raylene Graves was given the opportunity to address Council and explain her position and she never came to a Council Meeting or contacted Council to arrange a time or explain why she could not attend.

Ms. White you did not make Ms. Graves do anything she did not want to do. Everyone is responsible for their own actions. But as was in the past the excuses continue. I do not believe that the residents are buying in to her excuses.

Hopefully one day Ms. Graves will apoligize to the residents and restore their trust in her.

Don't Hold Your breath

No former mayor ever apoligized for what they did.

Why a difference

I wonder why the ordinance varies from the law as written? There is a huge difference between ''orders'' and ''guidelines''
