The regular Council Meeting held on Monday Oct 4th was completed in 45 minutes. I believe that is a record over the past three years.
No legislation was brought before the Council. There was discussion of the Peerless Lawsuit.
A Special Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday Oct 14th to fill the open seat on Council and to vote and approve bids for Street projects.
The meeting was pretty much uneventful. One resident addressed the Council concerning the completion of the repairs to the Village hall from the flood in August 2003.
