I am very sorry for you Parrish. Instead of admitting you screwed up by supporting Watkins and Russolillo, you blame me.

Russolillo said the money was there, why didn't he tell the clerks to pay the bills? Money was coming into the Village, where did it go under Russolillo?

You keep saying an audit was done. You know a complete audit wasn't done. You have a copy of the letter Betty Mongomery sent. I asked for a ''complete'' audit. She said council had to approve. You said yourself that after I, left you and council cancelled it.

You talk out of both sides of your mouth, just as all crooked politicians do.

The clerks paid what Russolillo said to pay. This was their mistake.

You said a crooked politician should stay in office and be punished after death. Who taught you values when you were young? I/m sure Bush or Taft would have loved to have you as an aide.

I do not believe that I screwed up supporting Tom Watkins for Mayor. As I have stated you can only vote for those that are on the ballot. Everyone had to make a choice from three people running and who would do the best for the Village. The Village has made great strides during the Watkins administration. I do not believe that under your's or Jack Morgan's administration the Village would have made the strides that it has made. It does not mean that Watkins' Administration has done a perfect job, far from it in my opinion. There are a multitude of things that I believe could have or should have been done differently, but I am not the Mayor and I do not serve on Council now.

I never said that a crooked politician should stay in office. WHERE DID I WRITE OR SAY THAT? If you have some proof that WHILE Mr. Watkins has been in office that he has committed an illegal act in his capacity as the Mayor please let us know. If Tom Watkins breaks the law WHILE in office I will be one of the first calling for his resignation and prosecution. To my knowledge Mr. Watkins has not broken any laws concerning the Village while serving as the Mayor.

Every dime that HAS EVER been spent by the Village is accounted for in the books of the Village. The amounts that you are claiming have been stolen by individuals has NEVER happened. Money may have been used for the wrong use or not put towards the proper bills, but NO ONE EVER STOLE money from the Village. The Audits have consistently shown that whether they were partial audits or not. EVERY audit looks at EVERY check and bank statement of the Village. No large checks, withdrawls or missing funds have shown up for any of the individuals that you claim have stolen from the Village.

Ms. White you do not want to hold EVERYONE accountable that is responsible for the accounting mistakes that took place in the Village. You want to single out three people.

The audit that you say was ''cancelled'' was at the request of the Auditor of State's Office because in their preliminary analysis of the Village's accounts the Village did not meet the requirements of the audit and it would have been an unneccessary expediture for the Village that was having financial difficulties. You were more than willing while serving on Council to place more and more financial burdens on the Village instead of trying to fix the problems. You are not solely to blame for the troubles of the Village, you are but one of many who played a part in not doing their jobs properly and allowed the Village to sink further into financial despair.

The Accounts of the Village are in much better shape now than they were under the Russlillo Administration. Ms. Stoner did a GREAT job in getting the books and records of the Village straightened up.

I support the Village. Decisions that I made and make are based on what I believe to be in the best interests of the Village, not an individual. I have even supported some of your efforts Ms. White. While I may not have agreed with your methods, I have always agreed with your intent, that was to make Valleyview a better place.

I got the name of the attorney for the man suing the Village. I told him where to find the information he needs.

Any man or woman who steals should not hold public office. I did not say Watkin has stolen from the Village.

But your attitude that just as long as they don't steal from you it is ''acceptable'',is not acceptable to me!

Russolillo and Pomeroy did not send some invoices to Ohio Public Works and took the 100% from the Village. I guess that is ''acceptable'' to you.

When the money taken out of employees check toward pension funds did not go there, I guess that is acceptable to you. I guess when money taken out of employees checks for the IRS did not go there, that is acceptable to you. I guess when money was supposed to go to Workman's Comp did not go there, that is acceptable to you.

Russolillo said the Village was in the best shape it had ever been. How could he say that when bills weren't being made. Why did you and others tell me not to calls the people that the Village owed? Why did you and others flip when I found out the bills were not be paid?

You are one of the people who are not ''acceptable'' to tell anyone what should be done.

When you are elected to an office, you are to be accountable to the people who put you there. By making the residents and employees pay again for something they had already paid, you covered for those responsible.

It is NOT acceptable to me for ANYONE to steal from anyone else, EVER! Again you misrepresent my position. Please provide anything anywhere where I stated that it is all right for anyone to steal.

And you will have guessed wrong AGAIN Ms. White. I do not know of the specific invoices you are talking about. I do not know what the invoices involved. I do not know if they were even reimbursable by Public Works. IF they should have been submitted to Public Works for 90% share it should have been done, but for me to say one way or the other without knowing exactly what the invoices were for I cannot say one way or the other.
