I am a resident on Mattox and concerned about the proposed traffic changes. The notification stated it was to correct safety issues. The only issues appear to exist when cars are parked illegally. Residents in the concerned area knew the corner was no parking when they purchased their home. Are the changes for safety or because the board has never enforced the no parking policy?

The safety issue did not ONLY exist when cars were parked in the ''No Parking'' area it existed anytime two cars entered the corner in opposite directions at the same time, it was definetly worse when cars were parked where they weren't supposed to be. And the residents in the corner area were NOT informed of the parking rule when they bought their homes.
