We have been having problems with our remote controls. I will reprogram them and they will work a couple of times but then they just stop working. Has anyone had the same problem or know how to fix? Thanks.

Sounds like you should try a new remote to see if its your remotes or the main unit. Definetly cheaper to try a new remote first.
