At our annual meeting, a couple homeowners mentioned an alternative for homeowners dues payments. They suggested possibly have a couple drawings of all homeowners with the winner getting the next years dues free. They also thought maybe there could be something in the neighborhood that could be done as work for the fee (mowing, etc.).

Does anyone have any more suggestions or ideas? Or would you be interested in having a drawing?
