A listing of all homeowners who have not paid their 2004 and 2005 fees are listed in the Association Fees portion of our website.

The trustees will be meeting in a couple weeks to proceed with collection of these fees.

The unpaid fees represent $3,540 due the Homeowner's Association.

I think this whole ''thing'' of dues is the most wotrthless, money making for a ''few'' neighbors that call themselves ''trustees'', presidents, and whatever else an organazation needs! THE MAJORITY of this community are senior citizens. People who are trying to live on fixd incomes, eat, get medical help, and live out their last days. And a few as yourselves, want to have a ''position'' in a little club, so you cook this crap up to be able to charge a fee to do with whoknows! I THINK IT'S AWFUL!!!! There are no rules, no improvements,since we came here. Liens onhomes for a stinking $30.00?!!? PLEASE!!!WHERE DOESTHE $$$$$$$ REALLY GO? We're adults ( ilike to think so )We don't need to pay people of the neighborhood to plant $100.00 worth of plants every 3 yrs. They need to take care of THEIR own yards! Ido. And entrance ways? Their a joke! We sign the petion that was going around. I totally agree with it. Wedon't need an assoc. We need to do for ourselves. And wherever the money is it needs to be given to senior citizens of hood and let them have dinner out, and FUN! This isn't a communist neighborhood or country. Don't form a stupid ''thing'' and give us rules on homes we've worked hard to get.YOUR ASSOC. NEEDS TO MIND THEIR ON BUSSINESS, NOT THE HOOD'S !

This is not an ''CLUB'' you join. It's automatic when you sign the papers to buy your home. There is not a ''Subdivision'' in this city that does not have a ''Homeowner Association''. You should be thankful our's is only $30.00! Usually they're much more, depending on how much there is to maintain. You received that paperwork upon the closing of your home, if you, for some reason, did not, then we'll be happy to send it to you, just contact us in your ''Anonymous'' way, with an address!
The money's in the bank. Pays for mowing and liens and printer paper and ink cartridges for mailings that SOME PEOPLE DON'T READ or you wouldn't keep responding to postings with some type of NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING attitued! You're given the information, JUST READ IT!
You refuse to come to meetings? Fine, don't accuse anyone of anything. If you'd like to come and offer suggestions, instead of using all of your energy finding ways to be NEGATIVE, we'd welcome you.
As for the ''thing you signed''? It means nothing. 100% of homeowners with 67% of votes going for or against anything to change it, is the only way anything can be changed, per M/I HOMES' Association they set up for us. Since you refuse to come to a meeting, then that's not 100%, so that'll never happen :) sorry.
