I'll try & answer your questions in your message of 5-3. Yes, the list on the website shows unpaid dues going back to 2003. Many of those have been paid. I have not updated those entries because of the liens filed in 2004 against 14 properties for unpaid 2003 & 2004 fees (at a cost of $392.83 to the Association). We must have proper documentation to validate the liens that were placed. So far, we have only collected on 1 of those liens. There is another one pending. Yes, people have moved with no liens. Also people have moved that had liens placed on their properties. How that happens, I have no idea. But since it does, why waste the money to file more liens?? Yes, cars park across sidewalks. We addressed that various times in newsletters & at meetings. If people choose to ignore the city code on this issue, what do you suggest be done? Yes, at the moment the entrances are not looking good. You will be receiving a flyer very soon which has addressed this issue.
WHY

Thank you Mrs. Grove. Your reply makes more sense then the 1st person's did. I didn't want, nor mean to start a''child's'' fight on this site.As I tried to explain, I didn't quite understand some of the things that hasn't been dissolved. This total mess of an association, had we known at the closing, we'd never moved in this community. That's why we live in America, to have free speech & choices. But, of course we have NO choice concerning this association. And I know that's not your fault, but we should've been TOLD at closing. I've never seen any buyers of homes read entire pages at closing.
Thank you
