how can we get commercial and excessive vehicles addressed? 1340 tera alta has many vehicles (up to 6) at the house, two commercial vehicles. I am totaly understanding to the people that need to drive commerial vehicles for a living, I am one of them but the rule must apply because once bent it gets broken. This home now has a tractor trailer, tractor parked in the driveway along with the other two commercial vehicles. I have already made comment but only caused heated feelings. Can we inforce this rule!!!!!!

Commercial Vehicles
Article I, Section 12 of our Deed restrictions reads: No truck, trailer, boat, camper, recreational vehicle or commercial vehicle shall be parked or stored in front of or on any lot unless it is in a garage or other vehicle enclosure out of view from the street and abutting properties; provided, however, that nothing herein shall prohibit the occasional and nonrecurring temporary parking of such truck, trailer, boat, camper, recreational vehicle or commercial vehicles on the property for a period not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours in any period of thirty (30) days. I believe this address has been notified of vehicles before, those records are not kept at my home, but I will follow up on it. There have been several homes we've addressed with ''Trailers'' parked in the driveways, appearing to be permanent. We've been successful in getting them moved, but now we see some ''reappearing''! So these will be addressed AGAIN. |
