unsightly

As long as people are cutting their grass, that is all this section discusses. It says that no lot shall be allowed to become overgrown or unisightly. I do not think the dandelions are unsightly on all lots. It is a matter of opinion.

All you people do is complain on both sides. If you people dont like the people who have the weeds why dont you people go over and talk to these people. Instead of relying on the trustees who have bigger problems to worry about.(like powell rd).

I agree the neigbors of these lawns should speak with the owners. There is nothing to be afraid of. Anytime I've ever mentioned anything the neighors generally go about the fix up. With that said the lot at the corner of Sawmill and Big Bear is in fact unsightly. So I plan to follow the what methods are available to have it resolved. It does in fact negatively impact us all. That is not right.

Waynebrown

So how many times have the people on Waynebrown, accross from the pond been asked to clean up their yard and get rid of 6 of their 10 cars? They also have two dogs that will probably be found dead in the garage one day when it gets real hot.

You can't ask your neighbor. It don't work. It just creates another problem.

It is all about standards, and what standards we want to live up to.

The Standards are the deed restrictions, and unless we come up with some way of enforcing them, We are all screwed.

I might as well cancel my lawn service. So might everyone else. Pretty soon it is not going to matter.
