I've asked a few people why are they moving out and all gave the same answer, '' to many people here don't take care of their property '' That's sad ,but true. We have some real slobs, in this neighborhood. 10% are ruining it for everyone.

The more houses for sale, the lower the price, the more you attract people who don't care. It is a bad cycle to start.
