What makes you think that all the NO votes are from the same person? Maybe all the YES votes are just you posting repeatedly! Perhaps there aren't as many people that agree with fines as you think there are or should be.

I do not support a fine. What if the people cannot afford it or it is not on their list of priorities. One of the owners may have lost their job, could be going through a divorce or dealing with some other type of stressful situation. To put a fine on them would only make matters worse. I do not think that people would intentionally just let their yard go, not in this part of town. There has to be something else going on for this to be happening.

Your point is well taken, however I believe if a process was put in place where letters were sent and appeals could be made, there would be a great deal of consideration given to those who simply can't afford it at the time.

If it is just not a priority, then that is a problem. I feel we all should set our priorities on those things, both tangable, and intantagable, where we have to take responsibility.

If a process was put in place where consideration was given for those who on appeal could justify there reasons for not abiding by the deed restictions put in place, would you change your opinion?

We all have different priorities, and we all have common responsibilities we have to adhere to.

What are we in court now that we have appeals? I dont need anybody to know my personal life or reasons why I cant keep my yard or house up. Sorry but these things arenot in our deed restrictions, until they are dont bring up things that are not there. Just follow what we have and if you dont like it than move to a new developement that might have what you wish for.
