Common restrictions?

How are we going to figure out the common deed restrictions? It is my understanding that we all have different deed restrictions. What is our cost going to be to enforce the ones that are found common? Will this raise our homeowners dues and by how much?

I think we need to get rid of the minor infractions and worry about the more serious infractions.

I agree on setting objectives. Everybody needs a goal.

Delaware County police department is running on a limited budget. They are not willing to put somebody out here to enforce the speed limit. Many other developments have this same issue. Stop signs will help.

Your number 7 is rude. If you want to stop the bs, then don't keep it going by bringing it up. We don't live in a perfect world. If we did, we wouldn't have any issues at all. Hear everybody's opinion who wants to be heard and we wouldn't have the bs. We don't all have to agree. Just let everybody be heard and things will probably settle.

Can we the neighbors have a say on the agenda? The survey can be biased when important items are not one of the 5 choices and then expected to write in. Is there a better way?

I know we can?’t do everything next year but maybe we could have a top 5 or 10 list. This way we can focus on the most important items first. Maybe this would be a good task for these special groups they want to form.

I believe the most important objective is a way to communicate with everyone. I know I?’d be in the dark without this forum. There must be a way to get residents information efficiently. Do the trustees still have this site blacklisted?

By BS I meant the attacks on people and, the contrived messages meant to creat harm to others. The only reason I broght it up was to try to stop it. If you have an opinion let it be about an issue and not a jab at an individual.

Just let your concerns be known to the Trustees. Why say this site is blacklisted? I have to believe they do not want to get on this site with comments. I feel they can and will take your comments an reply back on their other website. Does the company you work for have a website where you can get into a conversation with any management person and others can see what you are saying??
