Maybe getting a response to same basic questions is in order:
1. Who thinks that if house A was for sale and house B was for sale, and house B had a yard that looked like crap and house A had a beautiful yard, that house B would sell for more than house A if all other were equal?
2. Who thinks that if you drove through the A subdivision and saw mostly unkept homes, and subdivision B with well maintained yards and property you would choose Subdivision B?
3. If you took some dandelines to 20 homes in BBF, and told the owners you grew them and, wanted to sell them so they could appreciate how good they were to cultivate, that you would make a sale?
4. That if you bought your home for $250,000, and if both your immediate neighbors had Satellite dishes in their yards, never sealed their driveway, and weeds growing all over, your house would sell at a profit when you wanted to get the hell out?
We could go on and on here. Again it is just common sense. We need to be able to make sure we consider what is at stake here.
A previous poster was right. BBF is one of many appealing places to live in Liberty Township and surrounding areas. It could very easily become one of the worse.
