With Spring coming there has always been much talk of keeping up on our yards. We also need to keep up on painting. Things like the gazebo that can be seen from Farmington that needs the roof painted. These are just minor things that will keep our neighborhood looking nice from the street

So you have given one example. Why focus on one issue, be it minor, when there are serious other examples to bring up?

What you should do is a drive by of all the other properties in the subdivision that are far worse than this example, and bring them to the meeting on the 15th.

The property in question has to be one of the most well kept in BBF. So they need to do some maintenance on the roof. This problem does not affect others property, and I am sure that they will correct it.

If you want to throw darts, why not put together a list of all the properties that are costing their neighbors money by letting their dandeline seeds infest their yards.

Put up or shut up.

How many people look at a roof on a gazebo vs somebody's lawn that is not mown and is overgrown with weeds? Get real here!

How many peope drive up Farmington and say look at the roof on that gazebo???
