You're absolutely correct ! But you see, they want this to continue. This site serves NO useful purpose. Have you noticed when someone asks a legit question, nobody bothers to answer.

I have an idea

Why don't you call the website people and ask them if it is possible to do what you ask. They cannot. We already asked the administrators if they could do this in the past and we didn't believe them. They had us call the site directly and we found out there was no way to require the fields you are discussing.
