just a suggestion it would be better in the future if new people joining our community would receive a welcome package with the covenants. i have just came to this HOA unaware of it being a HOA and have just received a letter from the Executive officer telling us we were not in compliance with the covenant like i stated to i believe was Kathryn if you have ANY issues please drop by introduce yourself and explain your needs to keep our are beautiful. i will also tell you if you need a hand or support please contact me.

well here we go again

  our neighborhood police woman has called the realtor we are renting from and cried about our trash cans being in front of our house once again supposedly for two weeks so for a while i will make it my personal journey to post pictures with addresses that are in violations of the little part of covenant i know. the subject is trash cans that can be seen from the street. WHAT IS FUNNY HER NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR AS I KNOW IT HAS NEVER HAD TRASH CANS HIDDEN. unfortunately the only material i have had the privilege of reading was concerning trash cans. i have asked Katheryn for a full copy of the HOA covenant and was refused. so if i use my tree in front lawn for hanging clothes off of it, ain't wrong or adding the cute decorations in my front lawn you know the ones where the old lady is bent over picking flowers, she might look very cute in a g string bikini. or the fountain with the little boy urinating in the bird bath. or i could get permission to replace all the grass with rocks.

I'm the one who called the realtor on you.  Your lack of class is appaling, from your trash can placement to your shabby dilapidated wife.  We pride ourselves here on hidden trash cans, so if you don't like it, you can move to Del City where they love trash.  They love it like a mofo, or better yet move to Norman where all the OKC bums have moved.
