I'm very disgusted with all the stray dogs running around the neighborhood. I'm not to kind with pit bulls due to an incident three weeks ago. Two pit bulls bruttally killed my daughter's cat. I called the animal control. They told me that they would send animal control out. Guess what! They never showed up. I understand they have to cover a huge area. My point is what if it had been a child.

Misty, I just read your email, this is truly an outcry that should not have gone unnoticed. You are right what if this had been a child! This should have been in the newsletter and the word gone out to neighbors without a PC. These warmer months is a good time to run your letter, I'll bet others feel the same way, remember the Newsletter about the Representative that wanted stricter law about Pit Bulls? He had some good ideas, read it, you may agree. The problem seems to be getting worse, it's like a prize just to own a Pit Bull, instead of a responsibility.
