Dear Neighbors,
If there is trash lying in the street in the front of your house, who should be responsible for picking it up? I don't have any problem picking up trash that is on the street in front of my house, or picking up trash that has blown in my yard, but apparently most residents feel like it is not their responsibility, so who's responsibility should it be? Just wondering.
