Do you think WHOA should ask the fellow neighborhoods to contribute to the upkeep of the MacArthur Blvd. entrance and the median that runs down Westlake Blvd.?
WHOA has been providing the maintenance of lighting, mowing, watering and landscaping for this area, because we were the only neighborhood out here, however the area has grown and our Association continues to do the upkeep. The WHOA consists of blocks 1-7 and 8-10 which begins at Westpark Place and ends at Timbercrest, on the South side of Westlake Blvd.,and according to the zoning office, the public medians and rights of ways shall be maintained by this Association and other Associations.
The Association is having difficulty finding contact information for Northlake I and II, Signature Villas, and Mayberry. If anyone has information on how to contact these associations, please provide so that they can be asked for their assistance in cost reimbursements associated with the entrance and median.
The Gables, Mortuary, and Mason's landing will also be contacted.
