What can be done about a commercial slumlord?? I tell you this much... more as a community than as an individual. Make the call to your city council, the City council informed me that the City of INdep has already spent a major amount of funds here in the west side of independence, and that there are limits as to what can be further done. I will attach said email below, I have since sent emails to City manager, as well as other office members. We have seen no changes here. Surely a Council of a city this size would have a mindset to know that a sidewalk ( which is if such poor quality work) and a bridge are not going to bring back an area that was chocked by Big business breaks for the East side.
