Old North End Neighborhood

 I'm only a renter but I'm still a good neighbor. The owner of the house I rent won't trim the trees and the branches keep breaking off and landing on the neighbors roof, fence,etc.(five times at least in the last year). I have tried to talk to him about it and to his management co(colorado casa) but no one is taking any action. Do you have any suggestions on how to accomplish this goal?
