Construction/Maintenance Home Improvements

Prior to constructing/maintaning any exterior improvements, plans must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for consideration. Upon approval of your plans, you will receive a letter from the AC for your files.

Please consider submitting sketches, blue prints or copies of surveys along with this form. Including more information about the nature and scope of the work you wish to do will greatly assist the Architectural Committee in evaluating your submission more quickly.
