Old San Pedro Neighborhood Watch

The Harbor Division has said to me that they are waiting for the courts to dictate what the law is on marijuana, so I must ask what can be done about the SMELL of smoke and chemicals coming from the building at1115 S Pacific AveSan Pedro. The people that live there are very evasive when I ask about the activity with minors there, and were hostile when I told them that my baby sister was asked to enter the clinic for the purpose of smoking.  She is 17 and still in school. NWCG is a clinic that sells pot to young "patients". This place is becoming more active at night as well, but apparently it is supposed to be closed. The young man who answered the door said to me that it is quite legal to grow sell and smoke pot inside this place. With people jumping in and out of cars, I am a bit skeptical about it being legal to get loaded in a community that seems ready to make tobacco illegal. I would hope that some one can tell me what can be done, without fear of creating bad publicity.                        Thank you, Danielle Hilton

Again, the only time I check this post is when I park nearby after work and smell the STRONG odor as people mill around the entrance to this "clinic". Has anyone else seen or smelled this place? I've actually seen people leaving the place in groups, coming out of the smoke and talking and climbing behind the wheels of different cars. Also, a popular place between 10 and midnight. The night youth wear dark clothes and frequently argue as they exit in the dark. S.H.A.D.Y. This occurs 2 or 3 times every week.
