Old San Pedro Neighborhood Watch

This is supposed to be a medical clinic. At night when I come home late by bus, I have to walk past cussing and thick pot smoke coming from the building. Do they live inside legally? I have my kids walk around the street because of problems with this block. First, a woman gets stabbed to death right in front of the door to this "clinic" on Christmas Eve. Now, about 3 times a week, someone yells out front about drugs at night late, and smashes the newspaper racks and the sign at CHASE Bank. The smell on those nights is thick with pot, and the young men run in and out of the building to cars out front. I've talked to police with no progress, and have been threatened by the 20something man with the beard. I guess the police don't see them outside with signs up after 10pm...
