Old San Pedro Neighborhood Watch

I live at 618 W 9th St. a few doors down from Harbor Interfaith services (they provide childcare and other services). My daughters, who are 11 and 13 tend to hang out in front of our building. They noticed that there are men going in and out of the building across the street, I think its 639 W 9th St. They told me that the men visit this place all day and night. They started asking me questions... I am assuming there's prostitution going on... Very sad, since the rest of the neighbothood seems to be improving.
