Just some of my thoughts, observations and personal opinions? on the direction of our new Old West Ranch Property owners association. I would would like to get some REAL feedback and opinions of other OWR property owners about their concerns of the future of Our beloved "Ranch".
The new Board of Directors have voiced their concerns about past managent of OWR business and why certain things were allowed as expenses including why the records were not made readily available as required by California department of corporations regulations. (that is posted as a "Link" on this website) "Transparency" has become one of the most important concerns and refered to as the Borad's new "Motto". I am a Board membered now and do not live full time on the Ranch. I feel very strongly that the majority of the Board and especially our officers should be Full Time residents. I still want full disclosure of where our dues money is spent and what projects are on the agenda including what stages of completion. Thanks for listening, I'll look forward to ALL your thoughts
