Give me a break

Please give me a break about respecting other people's space. What about everyone that parks all over the roads blocking other cars and not to mention ALL the cars parked across the sidewalks. All of that is against our bylaws but those aren't enforced. They are just as rude and inconsiderate as those who leave poop in yards. Our Bylaws State that there is NEVER to be parking in the streets or blocking sidewalks at any time but I have heard it said in the meeting BY BOARD MEMBERS that that is OK, so why not poop in yards. It's no different. So you have to park at the clubhouse and either walk or pick up your visitors. Big deal are we that LAZY. Something eventually is gonna happen and EMS or Fire is going to have to come in and not be able to pass. Is this community aware that because our bylaws state that at no time is there to be parking in the streets if a house burns down or someone dies because they can't get threw the streets that person can sue the Association. It happened in my old community. That community is in the process of paying a homeowner about 2 million. I bet if something like that happens they will CURB Street parking real soon. It always takes something bad to happen before people begin to take things serious. Before that people do nothing but complain and I have noticed that A lot of people in this neighborhood love to do that.
Frequent Pooper Program

''I have re-installed my camera, and I intend to charge ANYONE using my lawn as a pet bathroom. ''

Could you please tell me what the fee will be and if there is a frequent pooper program. Do you charge extra if over a certain weight? Can I be invoiced? Will there be an attendant to give me change? Do you accept visa? Do you give group discounts? Any info will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to pooping on your lawn soon!
Poop not parking

You took one complaint and brought in another.... it sounds like you have a different soap box over there. I'm willing to bet that if EMS needs to get to somebody, they will in this neighborhood. I doubt that a passage is ever completely blocked, but I digress. If this is such a menace to you, why can't we contract a towing service to manage the removal of any vehicle in the street at the owners expense? How about people fencing in their yards? That would solve the poop problem.....

I'm sure these solutions would create other problems...
