Drugs and Prostitution on sale near Winchell School

The laundry mat at 3420 E. Butler Ave. has become a hangout for drunks, druggies, and prostitutes. The unlighted parkinglot in back provides perfect cover at night. Every morning homeles drunks hangout there drinking. The drunks piss behind the building and on the side walk. The area around the laundry mat is aways covered with trash. Trash composed of beer cans, bottles, needles, condoms and garbage. The children have to walk past this filth and these perverts everyday.
The police have made numerous arrests.
The place is a pulic nuisance and needs to be shut down. The owner doesn't care. Apparently the City Council and Mayor Autry don't care either. If this was happening in "North Fresno" the laundry mat would have been closed along time ago.

Everyone in Fresno is worried about the "Big Fire". What about MECLEC the metal plating and finishing place at 1956 S. Orange Avenue? For years they have been polluting the air and sewer. Yet this is another case of the "City" looking the other way.
There is always somthing running off their property, and its not water. Water doesn't turn the sidewalk orange.
Neighbors have complained about the smell but the "City" dosen listen.
On the morning of Jan.30th the police came out because neighbors reported garbage from MECLEC all over the streets of Gearhart and Orange.
The "City" wants people to keep the streets and alleys around their house clean but it is ok for a businees to have their trash all over. This shows MECLEC doesn't care about harming the neighborhood.
Their employees wear breathing masks.
Do you children wear masks when they walk by this place on their way to school?
