Secretary Report: Secretary Jo Ann Ramirez noted correspondence activity for May.
Treasurer's Report: Treasurer Roberta Reed distributed report for May.
COP: Dee Runnells reported crime activity for May.
ComLink: Dee Runnells reported no activity on the street vendor issue. Announced ComLink will be conducting elections at the end of the month.
Neighborhood: Co-chair Mike Seeley reported updating of roster & availability to residents by e-mail request. Seeley offered to provide copy (e-mail file) to Jo Ann Ramirez for printing purposes.
Trash Bins: Jo Ann Ramirez reported
an additional trash bin day in the Square for June 22.
July Meeting: Nathan Reed moved to dispense with regular July meeting. Motion passed unanimously. August meeting at Brian & Lisa Bist's home.
Movies in the Square: Co-chair Mike Seeley reported the event was a success and introduced a repeat performance for Aug. 24.
Summer Concert Update: The Antix will perform at this year's event.
Home Tour/Tea/Art Festival Update: Brian Bist reported he has twenty candidates in mind for possible homes on tour. He will send out letters asking for their participation. He indicated he has starting working on the program.
Traffic Committee: Co-chair Mike Seeley reported he is till waiting to hear back from the City on the diverter design.
Newsletter: Co-chair Mike Seeley reported the next newsletter will be available for distribution the first week of July with a follow-up the first week of October.
T-Shirts/Sweatshirts: Co-chair Mike Seeley reported a new supply of t-shirts had been secured and were available for purchase. Seeley expressed concern over the cost of purchasing sweathshirts. At this time Seeley introduced a few new designs for WS logo.
