Based on the independent survey conducted by Craven Inc, it became obvious that several sections of the LH Covenant & By-Laws needed to be updated. As a result, a committee will be formed to review the rules and recommend amendments as necessary. Please provide your feedback as to what changes should be added to or deleted from the existing Covenant & By-Laws? I'm appealing to all homeowners to take part in this process, by reviewing the covenant/by-laws and give feedback prior to the annual meeting. It would save time and ensure everything is cover at the December meeting.
