Orangecrest/Mission Grove Neighborhood Partnership

I resided at 19788 Paso Robles.  I have left the residence due to a abusive relationship.  My ex is still residing there and has moved in his brother who is wanted by the police.  I have advised the lanlord Charles Chen even provided him proof and he is not evicting or making any attempts to have this issue addressed.  If anyone is aware how i may contact the home owners association, as I do not have any contact info.  This man is connected with a gang in Pico Riveria known as Pico Nuevo.  He is covered in tattoo's from head to toe.  He was just released from Jail in July and was sentenced again and is a failure to apper in court.  The police have been advised along with his bail bonds.
