Hi Everyone - Thanks for your responses.  The majority (both on this site and via word of mouth) preferred the June 7th date, so June 7th it is!  I advertise it in several local papers and the official time is 7 am - noon, although folks are welcome to start/end earlier or later as best suits their schedules.  Look for a flier in your mailbox early next this week with more details.  Thanks - Molly
