In my opnion it is discriminatory and unconstitutional to allow some residents to have 6 Ft high fences while restricting other residents to 5 Ft. high fences thus denying the  person equal rights to construct a 6 Ft high fence. In my opnion once you allow one person to have a 6 Ft fence then everyone should be allowed to have a 6 Ft fence.

Thank you--I agree--I hope any who have questions about discriminating policies will attend the Sept 29 meeting in the Milford library. inandout

Check the restriction to see if you can plant a row of 8 Ft quick growing Green Giant Arborvitae on 4 Ft centers. This would help your view.  A large number of residents have planted scrubs & trees along their property line.

We have just planted a row of trees--trouble is we are retired, 67 and 68 years of age-How many years will it take those trees to get to the fullness and height needed to block that view?-Both of us have worked all our adult lives and wanted a second home close to the beach and where we could relax . We loved the openness, free of trees, falling leaves and tiring outdoor upkeep. and would never had considered putting up a fence or planting trees until now. in and out
