At the October meeting a discussion will be held to find out what is needed or wanted for a park...do we need a playground, picnic tables, scoocer field, baseball field, run for dogs, trees, swimming pool, rec. center???
Send me your ideas and comments.... with these we can then go to the Parks and Recreation and tell them what we want....not what they want to give to us!! Then in January we can then invite them to our meeting and tell them what we want!
Thanks for your input!
for the parks

Live in the 60th and Fremont area. I would like to see a legal off leash area for dogs.

Parks

This City and or area do not need to waste more money on another Park , there are already 200+ Parks in the Tri County area for various uses and most of them are in very good shape and have multiple uses!
Park?

I feel the Cully area needs to worry more about getting our streets paved, and lowering crime.
Do you realize that we pay the city average in property taxes. We don't even have sidewalks, or inlets for rain water to run into. In most cases, our downspouts are not connected, and we we don't get a discount on our water bill.
If we are going to get money for a park, why don't we spend the money on a up grade to the parks that we already have? Improve the play grounds at the schools. Make a dog friendly area at one of the schools, or on 72nd and Prescott-Sandy.
