I've sent in 3 complaints about the dog or dogs barking and the city ordinace say's 10 minutes of constant barking or 30 minutes at a time and thats ALL at 3:30am is abit much this has been going on for 6 months or better and it gets worst on the weekends I've tried talking to them about and they just sluff it off! They evidently think that I'm Gay never have been and hopefully will not be, their just RUDE S.O.B's, just because some of my friends are, I must be also!

We must live near each other. There are 3 dog's near us and 2 are little yelper's!
