The Beachwood Civic Association has two new Officers,  We are fortunate that Lance Litwhiler stepped up to be President AND Tony Chang agreed to be the Vice President. 

We still need the SECRETARY position to be filled.  Also, the position of TREASURER needs to be filled.  The positions are extremely important to keep the BCA running smoothly.  We can email you details of the duties so just reach out to :
