Overbrook Community Council

As a new member to the Overbrook community and a web master, I am disappointed in what is passing as a community web site. It took me multiple searches just to find the site and then having found it, I find a page of links. Most of which lead to completely blank pages.  Is there anyone I can talk to about this issue.  A well done web site can promote business and provide residence with a valuable resource.  Does anyone know who I can talk to about addressing this issue?
