The Overlook of Carriage Hills

When I attempt to exit the subdivision on DeZavala & Babcock road I have a difficult time seeing oncoming trafic from the south. I certainly wish that whomever is responsible for trimming the weeds would do so. It can be extremely dangerous turning onto Babcock road.

I totally agree with you on that, I will forward this message to the Sandra Vela the property manager to see if she can tell us how often the yard maintenance should be done.

I agree,it is bad enough having a dip in the road there, but the tall weeds makes it extremely difficult to get out of the neighborhood at times

Other Safety Issues

Yes, we agree! And the rest of the land parallel to Babcock need to be kept trimmed. Other safety issues within our neighbor are the cars parked on both sides of the street when there is a perfectly good driveway to use. Why is this happening? There is barely enough room for a large vehicle let alone a fire truck or other emergency, moving or delivery vehicle. We often see vehicles park ON the sidewalk. Is this OK to do?
