Notes From the Board

Nov 30, 1999

November Meeting- The drainage ponds are being attended to one last time this year. Turf Connection will be mowing and clearing the back slopes of both ponds. This will bring them into compliance with Harford County code. The cost to do this is about $1,600. and will be deducted from our Storm Water Management reserve fund, not from our annual budget.

MCQ Landscaping has done a very nice job with landscaping the monuments this year. They have 2 more years on their contract, which includes mowing, mulching and maintaining the shrubs and flowers.

Some neighbors have been complaining about commercial vehicles that are being parked in the neighborhood. Letters were sent to those violators as a reminder that our covenants ban commercial vehicles from being parked anywhere in the neighborhood. MRA Properties, our property management firm, patrols the neighborhood on a weekly basis. When they see any violations of our covenants, they automatically send a letter to the violators and notify the board. Please review our neighborhood guidelines. We have a nice community, let?’s keep it that way. A copy of the architectural guidelines is attached to this newsletter.

Treasurer?’s Report ?– Currently there is about $8,900. in our checking/ savings account. We have 2 CD?’s of $21,068.09 and $15,378.95 respectively. Only 3 homeowners have not paid there June dues. Thank you for being on time with you payments. The next semi-annual bill will go out this month.
