Has anyone starting looking into the grant yet for our park clean up? Was it called the friendship grant? For those unable to attend the meeting- all of that money goes to building the path and has nothing to do with the creek or trash clean up. That money comes out of a different budget.
I think a major concern for the planning has to do with how we can cross to the other side of matlcok to Misenhimer Park. There is no way that painted stripes will slow down cars. Does a light- traffic or flashing yellow- have to come out of another budget?
Also I think the white fence that is around the other side of our linear park looks nice. Does anyone else want it on our side? Especially those on Lonesome Dove.
