Oxbow Neighbors

We have a member of our neighborhood that is keeping quite a few chickens in his backyard.  Code enforcement allows for 5 if they are in a coup. 

Is it just me or is this neighborhood going down the drain?

I wouldn't say Oxbow is "going down the drain", but then again I've lived here almost 20 years and have seen it at it's worst. Like any community Oxbow has room for improvements and maybe even our own fair share of riffraff, but things can't be that bad if your fellow neighbors are looking out for your well-being. I encourage more people to be aware of code enforcements and ordinances to protect yourself, neighbors and avoid fines.
