The HOA Board has obtained information on the current height of the landfill thanks to a local survey company. Mike Tunney, our Architectural Chair, contacted the Mecklenburg County landfill inspector and informed him that the site has already reached it's maximum allowed elevation. The county inspector has committed to contacting the state and get back to us with a status update. Many thanks to Dave Owens for his assistance in gathering much needed information and to Mike Tunney for his efforts on behalf of our membership. We will post an update when one is received.
