So I heard at the coffee shop that council voted to discontinue services from the Fairfield County Health Department. Said we're going with Franklin County.

How does this affect the relationship between Fix, his lapdog Sauer and their county Republican comrades?

I'm not worried how it affects Pickerington. Given what you read in the Eagle Gazette about the poor services of the Fairfield County Health Department, things will have to get a lot better.

Never underestimate an idiot

I think you all can chalk this up to the total incompetence of Jeff Fix. He has been on council now for four years and every issue he has championed has failed in the end. He has no clue on the future and what affect his positions will have on the future on the citizens of Pickerington. I know space is limited here to list them all but with time all on council will see his failures. If you read the minutes the survey that council approved and paid $18,000 for simply affirmed what the voters told them last year. The only issue the voters are interested in is the safety services not the total debt like Fix would have us all believe. Normally Fix is good at spinning a story for an election. However he over reached on this one and the voters rejected him once more.

I am sure he will be re-elected this fall because I doubt that enough people will run to replace him. Then we will need to live another 4 years trying to counter his insanity and personal ambitions for higher office. That ambition has always came at the expense of the taxpayers of Pickerington. If he aint trying to give our tax dollars away to the township he is kissing up to the county Republicans. I am sure his lack of accomplishments over the last four years will be pointed out this fall for sure.
