Actually SBH, you will find quite a few that disagree with you about being an equal opportunity grumbler. I?’m sure you hear a great deal about that in every aspect of your life. You readily admit your ?“intent to stir?”. That is why SBH was created ?“before Mark showed up in the backyard sandbox wanting to play?”. SBH is really what I believe to be just another distortion/extension of the PATA forefathers.

PATA is a very covert organization, as has been pointed out to you in other postings. Good golly, you can probably count your membership on one hand! The PATA membership is not openly known. Our Pages is supposed to display the PATA viewpoint. Most entries are never signed. That paranoia thing has been claimed by SBH very clearly in not wanting to be identified.

No, SBH, I never said you were misguided. Read again, please. Instead, I believe you to be very selective in your hearing, speech, and penmanship. You calculate precisely what you are going to do and what spin you will place upon your words. Yes indeed, you ask questions, or try to make that appearance. You fall short of really wanting to pursue the answers. You don?’t! I?’m quite sure that is also very prevalent in your day-to-day life. Any other responsible person would not have a problem doing so. You, on the other hand, are very intentional in your malignment of others. Your method is the same, no matter which entity you pursue. You, quite simply, are not in pursuit of the TRUTH. You cannot be bogged down with the details.

PATA is just your cover-up, as you so aptly named yourself, the Soap Box Hero.

Dear ACV,

While I made every attempt to stay away from getting personal with you on your postings and will continue to, apparently you decided you would. And since I have pledged not to get personal again, I will only say this. Your writing style gives away your identity. I'm sorry if you perceived my reply to you as being personal. Unless I, too, decide to try to hold public office, which is doubtful, other aspects of my life are not subject for discussion with you. I harbor no ill feelings for Mr. Uher, I just disagree with him and I think, or at least I hoped he understood that. Our paths will undoubtedly cross again some day and I would hate to think what we had was more than friendly mutual antagonism. Please don't, and I use your words, malign PATA by insinuating that I represent them in any way. I am not a member and have placed disclosure statements in my postings about my opinions. My anonymity is irrelevant. I, like Mr. Uher, might just have too much time on my hands that let me dabble in these discussion groups.

How PATA chooses to represent itself is their business, not mine. I am just thankful for the information they provide. Granted, it's not the information you would like to be provided but you have you own avenues to portray your views, or at least you should. I could care less who are members, nor do I care how many there are. If I am not a member, it's none of my business.

You have described yourself to a tee. Perhaps you can incorporate this into your Mission Statement. To compare me with you and your organization makes me feel truly appreciated, as you must, too. I read much more than I write, which is why it is easy to see you and your people in that paragraph.

PATA is no cover-up. It is just a vehicle through which I speak. They do their thing and I do mine. Soap Box Hero was just a running quip I had with a couple of people and it just kind of showed up here. No correlation whatsoever. Sorry.
