I am inviting registered voters within the corporation of Pickerington to consider signing three petitions.

The three petitions being circulated are to give us a voice on the November 5th 2002 ballot. The petitions are in regards to:

1.) Emergency legislation.

2.) Waived or reduced fees

3.) Zoning.

If you are interested in reviewing any or all of the petition(s) please contact me. Please, remember that you have to be a registered voter within the corporation of Pickerington for your signature to count.

I would be happy to bring each petition to your home for you to review.

To facilitate community members opportunities to view the text of the petitions mentioned each of the (3) petition texts have been place on the ?“Our Pages?” section of this web site.

Since many area newspapers have written small articles about this, yet not provided the text of the initiatives, it was felt that providing web site viewers this opportunity was important.

If we read the text and agree with the content and decide that since we are a registered voter in the City and wish to sign the petition, should we send an email to the PATA webmaster or call PATA to find out where we can sign a petition at?
