How Dark was the Hallway, Ed?

Dear Ed Laramee,

Your letter of November 4, 2002 is a classic. Would you be so kind to clarify three issues for me?

First one is what do you mean by the ?‘incorrect but legally required disclaimer?”? Are you saying it is legal to have an incorrect disclaimer?

Second issue is your comment about the ?‘adjacent darkened hallway?’ after the October 18th candidates meeting. How dark was the hallway? Are you trying to say that the Republican Club tried to make the hallway dark?

Why since your were so angry on October 18th you waited until November 4 to resign immediately?

So it is safe to assume that the Council incumbents spent and received more than $1,000 based on the number and quality of their signs and the number and quality of their mailings.

Perhaps they filed the disclosures but they just weren't published before the elections. Hopefully someone on the Board of Elections reads this website, too.

Mark's Reading problems

Mark since you have a reading disability I guess I should be charitably and help you with the wording. By the way were you educated here in the Pickerington schools?

Your first question: was what do you mean it was incorrect but legally required disclaimer. The way you talk I would have thought by now you would have consulted your attorney and had threatened to sue.

Answer: The disclaimer was required by law. This disclaimer was not authorized by Ed Laramee. It had the wrong address under Ed?’s name. This was written by Lee Gray another PLSD graduate. He also had Brian Fox?’s address as Ed Laramee?’s address. Mark did you help Lee with this campaign flyer??

Second question: How dark was the hallway? Mark if you had bothered to attend the candidate?’s night meeting you would have seen just how dark the unused hallways were. However that wasn?’t important to you then so now you have to ask questions. Mark these snakes didn?’t want anyone to see them. So they held their meeting in secret and claimed everyone was there.

Third question: Why did Ed wait until now to resign not October 18th. I have no idea you will need to ask Ed that question. I can only do so much. I suspect that campaign flyer that came Saturday had a lot to do with it.


The more important question to you Mark is why do you have no question for Lee Gray who gave $600 to a (Randy Hughes) democrat two years ago? Why would you support a democrat (Terry Dunlap) this time out? You claim to be a staunch Republican. You are a turncoat and an opportunist. Or maybe you didn?’t do your HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
