I formally request the PATA webmaster issue a condemnation of Bruce Rigelman?’s use of the terms ?‘under attack by terrorists?’, ?‘trying to hijack?’, and Terrorists in his posting of November 11, 2001. In addition, please condemn Anonymous posting of the same date in which he/she used the term ?‘Osama bin?’ in connection with my family?’s last name (and, by the way, the last name of another Pickerington-area family). If you are truly non-partisan, failure to issue a strongly worded statement condemning Bruce?’s and anonymous?’ use of the terms will not only reflect poorly on PATA?’s reputation, but it is anti-American to compare our local political situation to the national tragedy.

In addition, as an organization, you should carefully reflect on the message voters gave last Tuesday. There was a clear message for cooperation in the election of all officials. PATA?’s and open PATA member support actually hurt excellent candidates. If I may, my personal name was on the thousands of pieces of literature and hundreds of signs (in smaller print) for the area?’s leading vote getter.

Rigelman?’s now famous letter to the editor not only hurt Bill Powers, but it also hurt one of the best and most qualified board candidates we have ever had ?– Jim Brink. Rigelman?’s comment that no other candidates were worthy of support other than Powers & Oakes, cost Brink votes among the Oakes/Powers voters. In addition, I maintain that Rigelman purposely hurt Brink after learning at the September 21 football from Gail Oakes that Brink was a personal friend of mine. Gail Oakes told everyone on Labor Day that she was ?‘heading up the team of Oakes/Powers/Brink?’ and wanted to make a ?‘clean sweep?’ of the election. Then, at the football game, she told Bruce she was ?‘horrified?’ when she learned that Brink and I spoke at the PHS open house. At the football game, she and Bruce openly planned their anti-Uher strategy. They should have realized that it was not a good idea to speak so hatefully about me in the reserve section at a home football game.

The mention of PATA editor in campaign literature hurt Jeff Fix and, in my opinion, cost him more than 600-1000 votes of positive voters. Jeff ran an outstanding campaign and was already well-known among PATA members. Much to Dave Shavers?’ credit, he never mentioned PATA in his campaign. And, finally, PATA ignored an excellent pro-smart growth candidate, Bruce Rookstool. Why didn?’t Rookstool have the support of PATA members like Bruce Rigelman, Bob Harding, Bill Miller, Ed Laramee, Jeff Fix and Gail Oakes?

Again, I encourage PATA to become non-partisan. Condemn the use of the terms ?‘under attack by the terrorists?’, ?‘trying to hijack?’ and Terrorists no matter who used them. Thank you.

You come up with some of the most amazing ?“so called?” facts of anyone I have ever heard speak. You said, ?“Jeff Fix lost 600-1000 because he noted that he was the PATA editor.?” You insert that this is your opinion. How in the world did you form this opinion? You are pulling crap out of the air just to try and impress people with how much you think you know. Did you have exit polling data? Have you called voters since the election or have you just talked with a few people and formed that opinion? Or are you simply just making it all up to try again to impress people.

Is this the same crap that you were saying that unnamed PATA members supported Wes Monhollen? You don?’t even know who the PATA members are yet you continue to spout off about what you don?’t know. Still trying to be important. If PATA was so negative for the voters how come you tried to claim their support of your candidate?

You said, that much to David Shaver?’s credit he never mentioned PATA during the campaign. How do you know that? Did you go door to door with Mr. Shaver? No! Here again you try to impress people with what you don?’t know. I frankly don?’t know in Mr. Shaver even knows about PATA. You are just making a fool of yourself Mark. Many of us out here know much more than we plan to ever let you in on.

Finally you encourage PATA to be non-partisan. Condemn the use of the terms, ?“under attack by terrorists ?“trying to hijack.?” First Dr. Rigelman signed in under his own name. If you don?’t like what he said about you, then take that up with him. Second, you infer that you are partisan. So like Dr. Rigelman, if you are partisan we can say what we want what about you. You certainly say anything you like about Gail Oakes and Dr. Rigelman with total disregard for their family or any other standard of decency.

I am glad you have taken the time to spill your venom here on this WEB site. You have every right to do so. We have every right to ignore you. However it is fun to see you go off and hit the post-it 8 times when replying to a message. You appear to be getter dumber by the day. Another two weeks and you will be a total moron.

Why do we waste our time on Uher

We do not fear Osama bin Laden we have been living in fear of Joysama bin Bushman for years. Uher is just a follower of bin Bushman. He doesn't have or will ever have an original thought. He seems to always be misquoting something. His statements at the various public events I have seen him at are proof of that. Yes his name was on the signs fof a PLSD board candidate. But those signs were also placed in the Canal Winchester School district. DUH I hope he's not involved with the geography lessons in the schools. OH yea sports, DUH. He is simply a windbag that is fueled by Pickering city council and Darryl Berry.
I am sure that Jeff Fix would have won by a landslide if he had the financial backing of a developer and was able to send out slick mailings and inserts with the newspapers. For a guy to come out of nowhere and only lose be a few hundred votes to a native is pretty impressive.
