I think your reply is right on target.
The questions you originally asked were not police issues. They were city issues and I find it intolerable that they were passed off upon Chief Fuller to answer.
No offense to Chief Fuller, but I think this city is in bad shape publicly when they refer such questions to him. We have a Public Information Director, Council, Mayor, and City Manager that are perfectly capable of answering your questions. I respect Chief Fuller and his opinion but he does not have the same access to information as the previously mentioned people. The job of informing the public falls upon someone else. Who is it?
I heard something that hit home a few nights ago?…it went something like this ?“Politics rule everything and the only way to make change is to elect new politicians?”
